If you post, upload, submit, or share content (messages, assignments, comments, recordings, etc.) (“User Content”):
You keep ownership of your User Content, but you grant KIWI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Services.
You confirm you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or our policies.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes,
Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others,
Share misinformation as fact (especially about visas, jobs, or legal status),
Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Services,
Scrape, crawl, or overload the Platform,
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations,

Cheat on tests/quizzes,
Share answer keys, paid materials, or protected lesson resources publicly,
Submit work that infringes others’ rights.
The Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., Google Sign-In). Third-party services are not controlled by KIWI, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIWI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No professional advice: Content and lessons are for educational purposes and do not constitute legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
KIWI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
KIWI’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to KIWI in the [last 3] months (or [¥5,000]), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
